XERNEXT / ECOMMERCE MARKETING

Ecommerce marketing.

More than clicks. A clearer path to purchase.

Getting people to your store is one part of the job. We connect product discovery, advertising and the buying experience so your marketing budget has a clear purpose. Start with the products you can sell profitably, then build a plan around the people most likely to buy them.

ONE STORE. A CONNECTED PLAN.

Help the right shopper
take the next step.

Every stage needs attention.
Choose the work your store needs first.

01 / DISCOVER

Be there when
they’re looking.

Connect search intent with clear product information, useful category pages and focused advertising.

02 / CONSIDER

Give them reasons
to choose you.

Make prices, product benefits, delivery and returns easy to understand on every screen.

03 / PURCHASE

Make buying
feel straightforward.

Review the route to checkout and use reliable purchase data to guide the next improvements.

What the work
can cover.

The final scope follows your goals
and the setup you have today.

01

Google Shopping & ecommerce PPC

Prepare product feeds, review campaign structure and group products around stock, margin and demand. Shopping and search campaigns should reflect the catalogue you actually want to sell.

02

Performance Max planning

Assess whether Performance Max suits your store, then plan product groups, creative assets and purchase measurement. We review the available reporting and test changes against agreed business goals.

03

Paid social & remarketing

Show relevant products through suitable social campaigns. Test product-led creative and, where consent and platform rules allow, reconnect with shoppers who have already shown interest.

04

Product & category SEO

Give product and category pages a clear job. Improve descriptions, navigation, internal links and structured data so customers can discover the range and understand their options.

05

Store conversion improvements

Look for friction between the landing page and checkout: unclear delivery costs, weak product details, awkward mobile layouts or unanswered buying questions. Prioritize practical fixes and testing.

06

Purchase tracking & reporting

Review ecommerce events and revenue reporting before judging results. Separate media spend from fees, account for returns where data allows, and discuss attribution limits alongside sales and acquisition costs.

A PRACTICAL APPROACH

Start with the sale that makes business sense.

A cheap click is not useful if the product is out of stock or the order loses money. We begin with your catalogue, margins, shipping costs and buying journey. That helps us choose what to promote, where to test and when to hold back. Reporting should show the commercial picture, not just more traffic.

What we need to get started

Your store URL, priority product ranges, target markets, stock and margin information, available advertising budget and existing reports. Access to store, advertising and analytics accounts is arranged through platform permissions; you retain ownership.

USEFUL TO KNOW

Your questions,
answered.

Can you work with Shopify or WooCommerce?+

Yes. We can review stores on Shopify, WooCommerce and other platforms. Feed connections, checkout access and tracking requirements determine the final scope.

Do I need Merchant Center before running Shopping campaigns?+

Product-based Shopping campaigns need an eligible product catalogue in Merchant Center and the relevant Google Ads connection. We can review this setup alongside your store and campaign plan.

How much advertising budget do I need?+

There is no single amount that suits every store. Your product prices, margins, market and conversion history determine a sensible testing budget. Media spend is separate from agency fees unless your proposal says otherwise.

Can you guarantee sales or a return on ad spend?+

No. Sales depend on demand, pricing, competition, stock, advertising and the store experience. We agree targets after reviewing your starting point and use the evidence to decide what to change.

What will you report on?+

We agree the measures before launch. They may include recorded purchases, revenue, acquisition cost, return on ad spend and product-level trends. Missing tracking, returns and attribution limits are explained rather than hidden.

Can you help an existing store with underperforming campaigns?+

Yes. We can begin with a review of product data, campaign settings, measurement and checkout. The first recommendation may be a store or tracking correction before increasing media spend.

your next step.
