XERNEXT / GOOGLE MERCHANT CENTER

Google Merchant Center.

A clearer route from product to shopper.

A good product cannot sell through Google if its information is missing, inconsistent or rejected. We help you find the gaps between your store, your product data and Merchant Center, then work through them in a sensible order.

What the work
can cover.

The final scope follows your goals
and the setup you have today.

01

Account setup & store checks

We review your business details, website verification, shipping, returns and the information shoppers need before they buy.

02

Product feed management

Titles, identifiers, prices, availability and images need to agree with your store. We check the feed and map out the changes needed.

03

Disapprovals & account issues

We investigate the notices in your account, explain what they mean and help prepare corrections and review requests.

04

Shopping readiness

Once the foundations are in place, we check eligibility and the connection between your product catalogue and advertising setup.

A PRACTICAL APPROACH

Start with the cause, not another appeal.

Merchant Center problems often cross several areas: store policies, checkout behaviour, business information and the feed itself. Repeated review requests will not resolve an issue that is still present. Our first step is to look at the account notices and the store together, so the work addresses the actual mismatch.

What we need to get started

Your store URL, the relevant account notices, your product feed source and an outline of where you sell. Access is arranged through the platform’s user permissions; you keep account ownership.

USEFUL TO KNOW

Your questions,
answered.

Can you guarantee reinstatement?+

No. Google makes the final decision on account reviews and product eligibility. We can investigate, document and correct issues within the agreed scope; we cannot promise approval.

Do you support Shopify and WooCommerce stores?+

We can assess stores using these platforms and other ecommerce setups. The feed source and any custom integrations determine the work required.

Is Merchant Center the same as Google Ads?+

No. Merchant Center holds your product and business information. Google Ads is used to manage paid campaigns. They often work together, but each needs its own setup and checks.

your next step.
